Kelly Post Girls' Lacrosse
The mission of Kelly Post girls' lacrosse is to provide a place for all girls in the Towson and surrounding areas to play lacrosse. While "playing lacrosse" can mean different things to young and older, beginner and advanced, what remains constant is focusing on fundamentals, working together as a team and having fun on and off the field.
Kelly Post is a partner of USA Lacrosse, a non-profit organization that unites the community of players, coaches, officials, parents, and program leaders.
Which program is right for you?
Kelly Post girls' lacrosse is divided into two subprograms – recreational (rec) and club.
Rec Lacrosse
- Includes travel and in-house options
- Grades Pre-K through Eighth
- Great place for a beginner and intermediate players
- Travel for intermediate and advanced (possibly a player who plays other club sports)
- Parent and Kelly Post volunteer coaches
Club Lacrosse
- Year-round programming
- For the '25-'26 season, there are three teams - grad years 2029, 2030, and 2034
- Our 2029 team is our first high school level team competing in fall and summer tournaments
- Great place for intermediate and advanced players who love lacrosse!
- Each team will have at least one highly trained lacrosse coach
