- Practice Starts March 10th 2025
- Games begin Saturday, March 15
- Spring Break from Saturday, April 12 through Sunday April 20
- No Games - Memorial Day Weekend - May 24/25
- Saturday, May 31 will be Make-Up/ Optional Play Day and Team End of Season Events
About Our Program
Our In-House program is all about kids playing lacrosse against other teams within the local Kelly Post League. At Kelly Post, we focus on providing a strong foundation for players to advance their skills, deepen their knowledge, and develop a genuine love for the game. We play by modified MYLA rules, ensuring we take the time to teach lacrosse skills the right way.

Through positive, patient, and supportive coaching, we ensure that every player feels like they belong. Our coaches are trained to teach lacrosse in a way that builds confidence and encourages a passion for the sport.
At Kelly Post Lacrosse, we offer the largest and most comprehensive in-house program in the area. Focused on fun and development, our in-house competitions are played exclusively against other KP players.

We offer four levels of play:
KP Tiny - Age 4 (Pre-K, Kindergarten)
- Players receive a new Warrior Warp or similar starter stick ($80 value).
- Automated processing and payment of your son’s USA Lacrosse membership ($35 value).
- Players receive a performance wear shirt.
Ducks -Ages 5-6 (Kindergarten - 1st grade)
- No equipment is required.
- Players receive a new Warrior Warp or similar starter stick ($80 value).
- Automated processing and payment of your son’s USA Lacrosse membership ($35 value).
- Players receive a performance wear shirt in their team’s color.
Clinic - 1st or 2nd grade
- Full equipment is required.
- Players receive a sublimated uniform.
- Automated processing and payment of your son’s USA Lacrosse membership ($35 value).
- Practices twice weekly at Meadowood Regional Park and games at Dumbarton Middle School.
- Certified officials for games.
Tyker - 2nd or 3rd Grade
- Full equipment is required.
- Players receive a sublimated uniform.
- Automated processing and payment of your son’s USA Lacrosse membership ($35 value).
- Practices at Meadowood Regional Park twice weekly; games also at Meadowood.
- Certified officials for games.
